Accommodation options

We have two residences in Beijing. One is located in the north of Tian'anmen square and Forbidden City and also hosts Sprachcaffe Beijing School. Since there is no commute between Sprachcaffe Beijing and the residence, it’s very convenient for our students to stay and study. Students can choose betwen double and single rooms. The second residence is about 40 minutes' walking distance away from the school, it's located in the south of Tian'anmen square and Forbidden City. Absorb the beauty of your surroundings while you enjoy the walk to and from the school or use the accommodation as the perfect starting point for your adventures. Students stay in double rooms.

  • Distance to school: either same building or 40 mins. walking distance
  • Distance to public transportation: 5 minutes' walking distance to the nearest bus stop; and 15-20 minutes' walking distance to the nearest subway station
  • Distance to supermarket: 5 minutes' walking distance to the nearest convenient store and fruit shop, 15 minutes' walking distance to the shopping malls
  • Distance to popular sights like monuments, parks: (1) 10 minutes' walking distance to Wangfujing shopping street; (2) 15 minutes' walking distance to Art museum (3) 10 minutes' walking distance to Forbidden City

 

Services

  • Key deposit: 100 RMB
  • Self-help laundry: RMB 10 yuan for washing machine; RMB 10 yuan for drying machine; RMB 2 yuan for detergent.

 

Board

  • Breakfast: 7:00-10:00 (Buffet available in high season, and set menu breakfast available in normal season)
  • Lunch: 11:30-13:30（Set menu)
  • Dinner: 17:00-20:00 (Set menu)
  • Half-board supplement: +65 USD per week

 

Check In

  • Check-in time: after 14:00 CST
  • Check-out time: before 12:00 CST

Please note: Joint bookings only for double room bookings in the residence hosting Sprachcaffe school. In the other residence SC students will be mixed with other guests and genders in double rooms.
